After a 2007 season in which the Florida Gators' leading rushers were quarterback Tim Tebow and receiver Percy Harvin, head coach Urban Meyer -- specifically to get more production out of the tailback position -- hired Kenny Carter (formerly of Vanderbilt) to coach the running backs. Carter has stated he doesn't care who gets the yards, just that the position produces.
